CLOUDS

Good morning to the honourable judges, precise timekeeper, teachers, all

my fellow contestants and friends. Today I am going to introduce myself, the
white soft fluffy clouds to you all.

Have you all ever look at clouds….high up in the sky. I have many
shapes and sizes….sometimes I look like a baby………sometimes like a big
fat elephants….sometimes I am white like snow…sometimes I am
BIG..SCARY ….AND BLACK

Actually I am made from many…many…many…..many…..many…tiny…

tiny…tiny

droplets of water or ice crystals if it is just too cold. The droplets are so small
and light that they can float in the air. Water from rivers, lakes, streams, or
oceans evaporates into the air when it is heated up by the sun. As the water
vapor rises up in the air, it condenses, or starts to cool down and turns back
into a liquid. This process is called condensation. Then, droplets of water
start to stick together as clouds which is me.

But what is a cloud

Tiny…tiny…tiny bits of ice

Floating …floating…floating all around

When they come together

They all hold on tight

Hold each other tightly

And they make a cloud

Sometimes you can see many of me in the sky……….sometimes you

can see only a few of me………and sometimes you can’t even see me in the
sky…..Its all depends on how much water is in the air.
Do you want to know my names….My name is cumulus if I look like a heap. If
I look like a whizz of hair… I am called cirrus and if I look like a blanket… I am
called stratus. My name depends on my shape.

Did you know that clouds are very important. First from cloud…we get
rain. Rain is very important not just for human but for all other living
things…..birds….butterflies…..roses…trees and even the fruits that you love
to munch on. Rain happens…when there are so many water inside me….that
I cant handle it and I need to let it go…….

Other than that you can also know about the weather from cloud…. If
there is a lot of heap clouds…it will a sunny hot day…if there are many
stratus cloud ..its means there will be rain in your way.

So my friend…next time you see me up high in the sky…..try to guess

what the weather would be like ok…with that I end my story. Thank you
