COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ON THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE OBSERVATION

RECORD

For my report from observing three (3) schools of my choice,I noticed and
observed some teaching techniques in these schools I went to .

The class teacher who taught literature -in- english in these schools followed
a well planned and detailed outline in his lesson book/ note,he asked
students some questions and they were able to answer [Link]
continuation, the teacher in these 3 schools were able to interact
appropriately with the students in the classroom as well as instructional
materials provided.

Also, these teachers have personal and professional attributes which shows

they are certified and skilled in the work.

Hence, the schools have good working conditions to teach, the teaching

subject which is literature -in- english is usually reviewed by the class
teacher in the classroom.
Also, in the classroom,I saw most SSS2 students who were anxious and
willing to learn ,they were ready to write, read and learn from the teacher 's
side . It was so interesting to see students who were eager to learn
something

Thereafter,I was amazed when I saw most students taking notes while the
teacher was explaining somethings to them ,as a student teacher,I was able
to communicate freely with these public school students, they were so happy
and free with me,like happy people not snubs .As I continued my observation
in these schools,I also saw the school facilities which were placed properly
just like the playground, swings , football field and so on.

I went to Immanuel College in the morning and left around 3pm in the
afternoon,I waited till the class teacher who takes Literature -in- english will
get on so I could observe his teaching , afterwards I went to stay with other
coursmates who were able to talk more on the subject under review ,I did it
to other schools likewise.

In conclusion, suggestions to be made to improve the teaching of the subject

( literature -in- english) is for more teaching aids, instructional materials,
textbooks and increment in teacher's salary, allowance, welfare to be
provided.
