Program Overview:
The Company has offered the Trainee a Bench Training opportunity, which includes a one-month
training program aimed at enhancing the Trainee's skills and knowledge in preparation for future
roles within the Company. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the training program,
including the potential extension of the training period.
Training Period:
The training will commence on 25/OCT/2023 and conclude on 25/ NOV/2023. During this period,
the Trainee will engage in training activities as specified by the Company.
Extension Clause:
The Company may, at its discretion, extend the Bench Training period beyond the initial one-month
duration if, at the end of the initial period, the Trainee's performance and progress are not in line with
the Company's requirements. Any such extension will be subject to mutual agreement between the
Company and the Trainee and will be based on a performance improvement plan defined by the
Company.
Training Location:
The training will take place at Gachibowli or Remote, as determined by the Company.
Compensation:
The Bench Training program is unpaid. The Trainee understands and acknowledges that no financial
compensation will be provided during this training period.
Potential Pathways:
Upon successful completion of the Bench Training program, the Trainee may have the opportunity to
explore one or more of the following pathways:
1. Paid Internship: Depending on the Trainee's performance during the training period and the
availability of suitable roles, the Trainee may be considered for a paid internship within the
Company.
2. Full-Time Position: The Company may evaluate the Trainee's skills, commitment, and the
alignment of the Trainee's career goals with the organizational needs. If a suitable role becomes
available, the Trainee may be considered for a full-time position within the Company.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
The Trainee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information of
the Company that the Trainee may come into contact with during the training period. This includes
but is not limited to, business strategies, intellectual property, customer data, and other sensitive
information.
Code of Conduct:
The Trainee agrees to adhere to the Company's code of conduct, including following company
policies and maintaining a professional and respectful attitude throughout the training period.
Training Evaluation:
The Company reserves the right to evaluate the Trainee's performance during the training period.
This evaluation will be a significant factor in determining the Trainee's eligibility for potential
internship or full-time roles.
Termination:
The Company or the Trainee may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. In
the event of termination, the Trainee shall return all company property and confidential information.
Amendment:
This Agreement may be amended or modified in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad
Jurisdiction.
By signing below, the Company and the Trainee acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
