The airplanes are representative of the constant running/ escaping and constant movement that is reective of the title Catch Me If You Can. Also the simple colour scheme that has been used makes the sequence pleasant on the eyes and may also mirror the simplicity of the lm itself. The use of black on the man in the image makes him seem more illusive and mysterious so that we can recognize that this lm may be about one man hiding and escaping from something. The character that is sitting down is much larger than everyone else making him seem far more important and powerful than everyone else in the image. Also the long continuous black lines that form the titles reect the never ending chase of someone or something. The characters hat and glasses conceal him more which makes the effect of him hiding from someone. The use of the newspaper makes him less conspicuous as well. The word me is fading out and moving away representing the illusiveness of the character that is running away. It is also a different colour making it separated from the rest which signies an outcast or that the person who it represents is more unique than the rest. Again the long lines have been used to reect the running away. The illusive character is clearly in the taxi because it is on the run from the police car which again signies the running that seems to be repeated over and over again. We can tell this because of the tire skid marks left by the speeding car. Also the character may be in the traditional yellow cab of new york to signify were the lm is set but also to signify a blending in of the character on the run.

The car in this image is purple. This is the colour of jealousy which signies that everyone wants to have this car or the best car that they possibly can get. Also the blurry background makes the car the main focus of the image which is a reection of the main plot of the [Link] blanked out windows may be being used to conceal the person within the car which may reect that the driver is a wanted man/woman. The spoiler signies that the car is or is used for racing or that the car is very fast. The blurry background which is in front of the car signies that the driver either doesnt really know were theyre heading or that there is no real destination that they are heading for. The only object within the image is the car which signies that this lm is all about cars but also signies that nothing else matters other than the car. The body of the car looks like it is very expensive and that it has been improved. This signies that theyre is always room for improvement and that the people in this lm have a lot of money whether it come from legal or illegal sources. This is then backed up by the large and shiny rims which also look like theyd be expensive. The person inside is still concealed which signies that the person inside has broken the law. The green background creates the feeling of success or that something good has happened which may reect the mood at the end of the lm for the person that is driving the car. Also, all of the titles that we have seen are around the car which again signies the importance of the car which is seemingly the main plot of this lm.

The image is iconic and is therefore instantly recognisable as a James Bond lm which means that the lms are a hude success. The use of black and white as well as the circle around Bond makes us focus on him which signies his power and signicance in the lm. Also his pose is one of power and condence which signies his control over everyone and everything around him. The way he is sitting and looking down slightly makes us think that he is watching over someone which signies that he is a heroic character. The roots that are in the image creates the sense that gambling and casinos are spreading and taking over in society, this signies that this may be a main theme within the programme. Only primary colours have been used which makes the image seem more simplle and therefore isn to vibrant and in your face. The guns are shooting hearts which is reective of what the purpose of a gun actually is, this is all done through symbols and signiers. There is also a crossre which instantly signies that there is a reght meaning that the lm will contain a lot of action. The explosion/ ash of the guns is made up of suits of cards which may signify and reect why the gun hasbeen red in the rst place.

The man that Bond is in a conict with is red which signies a danger and threat towards James Bond. The background is made up of the back of a deck of cards which again suggests that gambling and casinos is everywhere and that this encounter maybe happening inside a casino.

The image has a light and a dark side which could represent good versus evil which may be a theme running through the lm. Everything appears to be on a desk which is representative of someone examining evidence or work which will probably contain key parts of the story within the lm. The lighting also makes the room look small and also makes it focus on one particular thing. The lm being cut suggests that whatever is on it may be evidence to some sort of crime. Also the lm makes us instantly realise that this lm is set in past times because nowadays it would be on a computer screen. Itis very dark again which may resemble the overall atmosphere of the lm which is coming across as good versus bad.

There are some kind of newspapers in this image which could again be being used as evidence. There is now a common theme coming through from this title sequence. There is blood on the page which could reect danger or that the information on the page is about a danger of some form. It is also written in a different language which makes us realise that this lm may be set in an entirely different country.

They are collecting somes hair (DNA), which again signies that it is evidence of some kind. There are also images on the page of people in vulnerable positions which could also be being used in order to solve the case that appears to be the main storyline within the lms. All of this gives us the impression that whoever is working in this dark room is good trying to stop the bad.
