PROJECT complete marking is a fully comprehensive marking software for terminal, wire
and cable, device and plant marking. Our goal as PHOENIX CONTACT is it to continuously
provide you with the latest marking features to make your daily work life easier.

What’s new in version 2.0.11573

New features
The focus in this version is to release specific features for the printing and application
process of our new E SERIES printers.

• Integration of new printers: THERMOMARK E.300/E.600 and the THERMOMARK

E.300 D/E.600 D
• Integration of new applicators and accessories: [Link], [Link], [Link],
[Link], [Link] and [Link]/P
• Active printers: Applicators and accessories can be attached to the new E SERIES
printer ([Link] can only be connected to the THERMOMARK E.300 D/E.600 D)
• Insertion center: Selection of printer including applicators and accessories to limit
the selection of the materials and to provide a faster interaction
• Home Tab – Cut and perforation: The new function cut and perforation is integrated
for all endless materials printed with the E SERIES. This feature allows you to
manually set cut and perforation marks on endless material.
• Wire Marking tab – Functions: New order and naming of the functions
• Wire Marking – Set relation: This function offers you the opportunity to quickly set
relations between labels and wires.
o Manual: Set relation from label to wire manually. Tab-Key: Jump to the next
that belongs to the same wire. Enter-Key: Jump to the next label and create a
new wire.
o Automatic (3 options): Set relation from label to wire automatically via a
selection or the project tree.

• Wire Marking – Label Duplication: Extension with the live duplication mode. This
feature offers you the opportunity to easily duplicate wire marking information in a live
mode.
• Wire Marking – Switch:
o Extension with the live switch mode. This feature gives you the chance to
create source and target information for both ends of the wire but in a
switched manner in a live mode.
o New options for the behavior of the switch indicator
• View – Wire marking information: This feature gives you the opportunity to enter
wire specific data for the printing and application process with the E SERIES printers.
The entered data will be used for a guided graphical user interface on the E SERIES
printer display.
• Wire Marking – Wire Marking Application Center (WMAC): The Wire Marking
Application Center guides you through the entire marking and application process in a
simplified representation. The window can be placed freely in the software or on a
second screen. Additionally, you will find a graphical representation of the wire,
including the technical data and the identification of source and target destination. All
wires are set up in tabular form. All columns can be adjusted to your specific needs.
The order of the printing and application process of the wires can be changed with
the filter and sorting settings. In addition, the print job can be started from the WMAC
direct.
• Project tree – wire view: There is a new category in the project tree for wires. Here
you can display the wires according to the structure of source or targe after setting
the project tree in the import.
• Data exchange – Field assignment – Add additional consecutive label: This
feature allows you to add additional labels with the corresponding label groups if you
want to assign different columns from the same line to several consecutive labels
(e.g., wire source and target information). All added labels belong together.
• Data exchange – Wire meta data: This new feature is used to assign various data
for the wire marking process with the E SERIES printers. All assigned data is
displayed in the Wire Marking Application Center.
• Data exchange – Source – Line break separator: This new feature can be used to
remove or display the selected line break character.
• Data exchange – material mapping: The design in the material assignment has
been optimized. When assigning materials, it is now possible to assign several
marking materials to one article. (e.g., multiple labeling of a terminal). In addition, a
multiple selection of the articles is possible to assign a marking material quickly.
• EPLAN Pro Panel Professional interface: The “Export to PROJECT complete
marking” interface supports the Pro Panel Professional software.
• EPLAN P8 – Export to Excel: When Pcm is installed, a new schema for data export
(PxC_wire_wmac_V1) is automatically stored in EPLAN. With this scheme, all the
required data for the E Series can be made available in Excel.
• EPLAN P8 – Export to Pcm: In the EPLAN Export for PROJECT complete marking
there is a new export option for wires under the standard called Wires (Wire Marking
Application Center). This export provides all necessary data for the wire marking and
applying with the E SERIES printers.
• Material descriptions: All new material descriptions are updated.

• Text field matrix – Adding special characters in text field matrix results to deleting of
frames and the content is moved together
• Quick access toolbar – Customized adjustments cannot be saved
• Printer configurations – Software language in Chinese doesn´t show the adjustments
of each printer
