[Link]., an RBI-registered (NBFC-P2P). It provides an opportunity to lenders looking for high interest rates by
connecting them with creditworthy borrowers looking for short-term loans. LenDenClub has become a go-to
platform to earn returns, lenders have historically earned an XIRR 11.28% p.a. The platform has an active user base
of over 2 Cr+ users and loan disbursal of over ₹15,000 crores. In the past LenDenClub became the first P2P lending
platform to on-board brand ambassador by on-boarding Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya, raising awareness
aboutP2P lending amongst the larger population of the country.

Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with at least 6 GPA/60%.

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured data.
2. Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Solve logical problems and apply mathematical techniques to data.
6. Have a strong understanding of version control, automation and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:
1. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI).
4. Ability to write efficient SQL queries and perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.

Additional Details:
1. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
2. Knowledge of tools like Tableau, DVC, or Git is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
