REGARDING THE DRIVING LICENCE (HR-3220110028074) AND
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE BEARING NO. (HR-26-DR-4722) OF
THE APPLICANT, AFTER PUTTING UP THE CASE FILE

Madam,

The applicant respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the above-captioned case is currently pending before this Hon’ble Court
and is scheduled for hearing on 16-12-2024.
2. That in connection with the said case, the original Driving License bearing
No. HR-3220110028074 and the Registration Certificate of the applicant's
motorcycle, bearing Registration No. HR-26-DR-4722, are presently on the
court file.
3. That due to the unavailability of these original documents, the applicant is
unable to operate the vehicle, as driving without a valid driving license and
the registration certificate is prohibited by law, both within the State of
Haryana and beyond.
4. That it is respectfully submitted that, in the interests of justice, the applicant
seeks the issuance of a certificate/chit confirming the possession of the
original driving license and vehicle registration certificate by the Hon'ble
Court.
Prayer:
In view of the above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may
be pleased to issue a certificate/chit in respect of the applicant’s Driving License
(No. HR-3220110028074) and the Registration Certificate of the motorcycle
(No. HR-26-DR-4722), as confirmation of these documents being held in the
court record, to enable the applicant to comply with traffic and regulatory
requirements, in the interest of justice.
