• Participants to score minimum 70% on each of the
above to be declared a certified trainer
Assessment • Each participant will be awarded a ‘Certificate of
Rules Attendance’. Only those who score 70% and above in
each category will receive a ‘Certificate
of Accomplishment'
• Scores awarded by program facilitators and final
presentation assessors are final

mutual problem.
2. Design a 1-day program outline.
Group Project 3. Select one chunk of the 1-day outline;
write a facilitator manual and prepare
its slide deck.
4. Submit the above by December 05,
