Applicant Interview Questions

In the interview process, all participants must be aware of questions which violate legal protections afforded applicants by Title VII of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other legislation which followed. The following list is intended to guide those involved in the hiring
processes of UT Extension in conducting legally sound applicant interviews. Questions regarding this list should be addressed to
