Interview 2 members of your family, each from different generations. And ask them these
questions:

MILLENNIAL
1. How is life during your times?
- Life in earlier times was often more physically demanding, but many people
found happiness in simpler, more direct connections with nature, family, and
community.

2. What makes you happy before and now?


- Now, technology does improve the quality of life and opens up new ways to
express creativity, connect with others, and learn.

3. Do you think technology fulfill your happiness?


- Technology alone doesn’t guarantee fulfillment. It depends on how it’s used and
whether it aligns with an individual’s values and needs.

4. Do you prefer to go back in times or embrace the present times?


- Many people idealize the past for its simplicity, while others prefer the benefits
of the present. Some appreciate the technological progress and opportunities of
today, while others long for slower, less complicated lives.

GEN Z
1. How is life during your times?
- So, life during my time or now. Life is much more easy nowadays as we have
electronics that can help us make our life more easier. Transportation are more
abundant. Life nowadays is much more easier, everything is much more
convenient. Although, we need to sacrifice something to have this kind of
convenience and everybody knows that.
2. What makes you happy before and now?
- So, before as a child, something that makes me happy is that when my parents
would give me things or toys that I actually really want. Nowadays, I actually
would want to have more savings that could make me happy, to excell and have
good grades that would make me happy, and to actually just be peaceful even
though I’m in College already, and I’m still adjusting. I just want to actually
graduate with a laude, what that’s make sense, but that’s what make me happy as I
don’t want my parents to be disappointed.

3. Do you think technology fulfill your happiness?


- Yes, I think technology does fulfill my happiness, I could actually see
communicate and talk to other people around the world especially that my father
is not here in Pampanga, he’s in Manila working, so could have communication.
Technology really does have a good impact in my life. For me, It’s actually very
good as long as you know how to use it, you know how to utilize those
technologies that could help you and not use it in a bad way.

4. Do you prefer to go back in times or embrace the present times?


- I am actually very torn with the question of two. I prefer to go back in time or
actually be here in the future. In a sense that there are actually things that are far
much more better back then, but there are also things that are far more better here.
So, I would actually stay here, because we can actually know everything back
then, because we have contextual history that are written, we have history that are
from our artifacts that can be take up by archeologist. Even though there are yeah,
back then it was much more peaceful, and no pollution, but nowadays everything
is just much more easier, and everything much more sense to me and I just love
this era.
