I Go insert table with 3 columns and 4 rows

First I write Year in the first column and under year list the years in columnar form from 1996,1997,1998,1999 and saving

Secondly, I write Prevalence rate % in the second column, 60,54,46 and 30 and save.

Thirdly, I write Picture in the third column, and Go on insert picture as required in the diagram.

Step 4.
I say, control (Ctrl) S to save all the data capture in the table.
