THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT FOR SUPERVISING OF CONSTRUCTION WITNESS IS AS FOLLOWS:

The builder has agreed to construct the residential building Ground Floor and First Floor with Pent
House & terrace area which includes, supervising, (technical support services), Technical supervisors,
mason, labours and provision of quality material of the entire construction according to the
specifications of the construction mentioned in Annexure-I

• The design of the construction shall be as per the floor plan and design as follows:

• Ground Floor -- 1 BHK + watchman accommodation and parking.

• 1st Floor -- 3 BHK.

• 2nd Floor -- 2 BHK two portions

• 3rd floor – slab 750 sft @ Rs. Per sft

Payment: The owner shall make payment to the builder for the work according to payment schedule
is here with enclosed. (Annexure-II)

• Raw materials, machinery, tools and tackles including labourer’s safety have to be procured and
provided by the builder

• The builder is solely responsible for overall construction, technical data and supervising for the
construction of the building

• The builder shall present at the work site at all times whenever the work is going on or the owner
asks for.
• Construction cost is locked at 1650 /- per [Link] (slab area) as per the Quotation mentioned in
ANNEXURE II

Project will complete in 8 months from the date of agreement. It witnesses where of the parties
have signed this deed or agreement of builder contraction on at Hyderabad Witnesses.

Slab: Two way steel structural design . with 10mm and 8 mm steel bars
Slab thickness : 5 inches ( 15mix = 1 Bag Cement + 7 Sand+ 8 aggregate 20mm )

Slab concreting and external plastering mixing with water proof chemical liquids.

Basement stone bottom level two stone for two lines.

Outer walls thickness : 9 inches.

Inner walls thickness : 6 inches.

River sand will use for all concrete , brick works.

Dust will use for only where tiles and granite works.

Water tank at terrace capacity : 2000 litres.+ 3000 Litres

RCC water sump size : 6 feet height x 6 feet width x 6 feet depth. 7K Litres cap

53 grade cement for brick masonry work and plastering of walls.

53 grade cement for slabs, putting’s, beams and columns.

Aggregate : 20 mm for beams ,columns and slabs.

Main doors frame size and thickness 3’.9’’ x 7’.1’’ 5’’x4’’ thickness

Main doors : teak with melanin glass polish.

Fixed with brass hardware @Rs.2500/-per door minimum

We will use light red bricks for whole constructions, for only compound wall will use cement
bricks.

Jindal / Tata SS railing 304 grade will be used in constructions for terrace, balcony , and stairs Rate

• Builder should complete the full construction of the building as per the terms and conditions of
the Contract within 8 Months from the date of the signed agreement

• The above rates are applicable for 12months

• If builder is not able to complete the work within 8 months, Owner will continue the work with
another builder. It should not be objected by first builder.
