1. Precondition (1/4)
Before registration
Make sure that the following settings are all correct;
1. This device should not be registered under @Remote.
Tip: You can check the installation condition by SP5816-201.

1. Precondition (2/4)
Before registration
Make sure that the following settings are all correct;
2. Device ID2 is programmed correctly.
Correct prefix must be used on the ID2.
6 spaces must be put between the 3-digits prefix and the
following 8-digits number.
ID2 and serial no. must be the same(6 spaces in between ID2
is the exception).
Tip: You can check the device ID2 by SP5811-003 and serial no. by
SP5811-001.
Note: If incorrect ID2 is set, (e.g. such as if the device was a sample machine, the NV-
RAM was replaced, etc.), you have to restore or newly assign the correct ID2 using
the procedure mentioned in the Appendix.
Important: An RC Gate is required to restore/assign ID2 of the target device. If no RC Gate is
available at the location, you have to temporarily install the RC Gate there, or you have
to temporarily move the target device to another location where an RC Gate is available.

Before registration
Make sure that the following settings are all correct;
3. Program the proxy information if a proxy server is used for internet
connection. Either;
By Web Image Monitor (WIM)
i. Open WIM ([Link] *:
[Link] is the device IP address.
ii. Login as Administrator
iii. Configuration -> RC Gate Proxy Server
Or,
By SP Mode
i. SP 5816-063 for Proxy server IP address
ii. SP 5816-064 for Proxy server Port no.
iii. SP 5816-065 for Proxy User ID
iv. SP 5816-066 for Proxy Password

Make sure that the following settings are all correct;
4. Obtain the Request Number from @Remote Center GUI.
Click [New Registration] in the “Registration Menu”.

1. SP5816-201: Make sure that the installation condition is OK.
2. SP5816-202: Input Request No. that you obtained from @Remote
Center GUI, and then enter [OK].
3. SP5816-203: Confirm the Request No., click [EXECUTE].
4. SP5816-204: Check the confirmation result.
The result shows 9 during the process. You can perform
manual polling by SP5816-200 periodically until the result
shows 0.
If different value other than 0 is shown, refer to the error list on
the next slide. Fix the error and try again.
Tip: Normally, when you send a request to the center, and if you want to know the result
quickly, you can perform a Manual Call (MC) from the device.
But in this case, manual call is not available because it is not registered yet.
Instead of MC call, you can execute manual polling by SP5816-200.
1) Enter SP5816-200
2) Press Execute

Displays a number that indicates the confirmation result of the Request
No. executed with SP5816-203.

5. SP5816-205: Make sure the screen is displaying the Location
Information that was input at the Center GUI.
6. SP5816-206: Execute the registration, click [EXECUTE].
7. SP5816-207: Check the registration result.
The result shows 9 during the process. You can perform
manual polling by SP5816-200 periodically until the result
shows 0.
If different value other than 0 is shown, refer to the error list on
the next slide. Fix the error and try again.

SP 5816-208 Error Codes:
Displays a number that describes the error code that was triggered when either
SP5816-204 or SP5816-207 was executed.
