Ribbed Floor System Design Example

The document details the design of a one-way ribbed floor system subjected to a live load of 5 kN/m², utilizing materials C-30 and S-300. It includes calculations for cross-section dimensions, loading conditions, analysis of moments, design constants, and reinforcement requirements. The design ensures safety against shear and moment failures through various checks and balances in the structural integrity of the ribbed slab.
