Commision Test
• Transponder sends the test communication to HCS-R
wayside equipment
• Observation on a DAL card or Terminal Program
• Sequence in detail:
- Step 1: Controlling of all 19 data bits for 1 second
- Step 2: Controlling of the individual data bits No1
to No. 19 in 1 second cycle
- Step 3: Break for 1 second, finally step 1 again!
• With this test procedure it should be possible to detect a cable
fracture as well as a core mix-up.
• This test is specially designed for commissioning, inspection
and maintenance purposes!

HCS-V-MX
• Connection of up to four loops with/via loop
converter HCS-V-LC
• Controlled by the controller of the HCS-V-RT board,
the multiplexer continuously interrogates connected
transmitter/receiver loops
• Transforms analogue signals received into digital
signals.
HCS-V-LC
• Amplifies the signal of the transmitter/receiver loop
• Installed in the immediate proximity (< 10 m) of the
transmitter/receiver loop, preferably in a rail box
• The interior of the housing is cast as far as the
connecting terminals. It offers sufficient protection
against environmental influences and carries
protection class IP67/NEMA6.
Tuning is not necessary.
