Edison New Low Rate Announcement

Southern California Edison has introduced new electricity rates effective in one or two billing cycles. The lowest rate is now between 8 AM and 4 PM and 9 PM to 8 AM at $0.22 per kilowatt, while the highest rate is from 4 PM to 9 PM at $0.50 per kilowatt. Previously, the flat rate was $0.34 per kilowatt all day, which kept monthly bills under $100.

As of right now the medium rate is between


8 PM and 8 AM which is $.36 per kilowatt

On May 2022 and before that Southern California Edison used to charge us $.34 per kilowatt
flat rate all day long . And the whole billing statement per month did not pass $100 even when
we had your grandmother and your father home.
