DBT Monitoring Dashboard

DBT Monitoring Dashboard will act as an decision support system and will
support in successful implementation of IHHL construction.

The following are the details of the dashboard listed below

The sidebar provides easy access to various sections of the application,


ensuring smooth navigation and management:

1. Dashboard

Main view providing an overview of DBT system data.


DBT Monitoring App

The DBT Monitoring App is designed to provide a comprehensive overview


of the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system, facilitating efficient
management and monitoring of various aspects related to beneficiaries,
villages, payments, and surveys.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the main interface that provides key insights and statistics
at a glance. It includes the following sections:

 Total Beneficiary

Displays the total number of beneficiaries enrolled in the DBT


system.

Example: 1855

 Total Village

Indicates the total number of villages covered under the DBT


system.

Example: 107

 Village Assign

Shows the number of villages that have been assigned.

Example: 1
 Pending Village Assign

Displays the number of villages pending assignment.

Example: 106

 Population Count Chart

A bar chart representing the population count across different


types of areas.

Categories:

 Hill
 Plain
 Tea Garden
 Char Area

 Installment Status Chart
A pie chart displaying the status of various installments.

Categories:

 1st Installment
 2nd Installment
 Construction Complete

Filter Map Section

This section allows users to filter the data based on specific criteria,
enabling detailed analysis and reporting:

Interactive Map

At the bottom of the page, there is an interactive map that allows users to
visualize the data based on the applied filters. This map helps in
geographically analyzing the distribution and status of various DBT-related
metrics.
 Application Number

Field to enter the application number for specific queries.

 Select District

Description: Dropdown menu to select one of the 35 districts.

Example Districts: Kamrup, Nalbari, etc.

 Select Category

Dropdown menu with two categories for selection.

Categories: APL (Above Poverty Line), BPL (Below Poverty Line)

 Verify Status

Dropdown menu with two options to indicate the verification


status.

Options: Verify, Rejected

 Area Type

Dropdown menu with four options to specify the type of area.


Options: Char, Hill, Plain, Tea Garden

 Gender

Dropdown menu with two options for gender selection. Options:


Female, Male

 Pit Type

Dropdown menu with three options to specify the type of pit.


Options: Pit Type, Single Pit, Septic Pit, Twin Pit
2. MANAGE USERS

 User Management

In the "User Management" section, you will have two options:


 Manage Users
 Create New Users

Manage Users:

When you click on "Manage Users," you will be directed to a page


displaying the details of existing users. This page includes the following
information:

 S#: The serial number of the user.


 Name: The full name of the user.
 Mobile No: The contact number of the user.
 Roles: The role assigned to the user (e.g., Field User).
 Action: Options to either show or edit user details.

Below is an example of the "Manage Users" page:

 Add New User: A button to add a new user to the system.


 Show: A button to view detailed information about the user.
 Edit: A button to edit the user’s information.

By following these steps, administrators can efficiently manage user


accounts, ensuring that the user database is accurate and up-to-date, with
appropriate roles assigned to each user.
Create New Users:

When you click on "Create New Users," you will be directed to a page with
four sections where you can input the necessary information to add a new
user. The sections and their respective fields are as follows:

 Add New User

o Name*: Enter the user's full name.


o Phone Number*: Enter the user's contact number.
o Password*: Create a password for the user.
o Confirm Password*: Re-enter the password for confirmation.
 Basic Information

o Father/Husband Name*: Enter the name of the user's father or


husband.
o Date of Birth*: Enter the user's date of birth in the format dd-
mm-yyyy.
o PAN Number*: Enter the user's PAN number.
o Aadhar Number*: Enter the user's Aadhar number.
o Tan Number: Enter the user's TAN number.
o Tin Number: Enter the user's TIN number.
o Service Tax No: Enter the user's service tax number.
Address Details

o Address Line1*: Enter the first line of the user's address.


o Address Line2: Enter the second line of the user's address.
o Address Line3: Enter the third line of the user's address.
o City*: Enter the user's city.
o District*: Select the user's district from the dropdown menu
(there are 35 districts to select from).
o Pin Code*: Enter the user's pin code.

 Bank Details

o Bank Name*: Enter the user's bank name.


o IFSC Code*: Enter the user's bank IFSC code.
o Account Number*: Enter the user's bank account number.
After filling in all the required information in these four sections, you can
click the "Add User" button to create the new user account.

3. Village Assignments

Within the "Village Assignments" section, you will have two options:

 Assign to Village User


 User Assigned Villages

Assign to Village User:


When you click on "Assign to Village User," you will be directed to a page
where you can assign villages to specific users. The page includes the
following fields to be filled out:

 Select User
 Select District
 Select Block
 Select GP (Gram Panchayat)
 Select Village

After filling in all the required fields, you can click the "Submit" button to
complete the assignment of the village to the selected user.

User Assigned Villages:

When you click on "User Assigned Villages," you will be directed to a page
with two main containers:

 Filter Users / Villages

This container allows you to filter the results by either the field
user's name or the village.

 Search by Field User Name: A search button to filter the list by


the name of the field user.
 Search by Village: A search button to filter the list by the
village name.
 Assigned Villages

This container displays the details of the assigned villages. The


fields included are:

 S#: The serial number of the record.


 Name: The name of the user.
 Assigned Villages: The list of villages assigned to the
user.

4. Payments

The Payments section of the DBT Monitoring App is designed to manage


and track payment-related activities for beneficiaries. This section is divided
into two main parts: All Payments and Verify Payment.
All Payments:

When the "All Payments" option is selected, the user is presented with an
interface that displays the overall expenses and allows for the management
of payments. The interface includes the following components:

 Expense Overview

 Total Expense
 Expense (This Month)
 Expense (This Year)

 Filter Users

A search bar that allows users to filter the payment data by entering a
name, email, or phone number.
 Manage Payments

 S#: Serial number.


 Name: Name of the beneficiary.
 Total Survey: Total number of surveys conducted by the beneficiary.
 Earned: Amount earned by the beneficiary.
 Paid: Amount paid to the beneficiary.
 Payable: Amount yet to be paid to the beneficiary.
 Action: Option to view the payment history of the beneficiary.

Verify Payment:

When the "Verify Payment" option is selected, the user is presented with an
interface that allows for the verification of payment transactions. The
interface includes the following components:
 Verify Payments

This section displays a table with payment transactions that need to


be verified.

 S#: Serial number.


 Transaction ID: ID of the transaction.
 Amount (in INR): Amount involved in the transaction.
 Payment to: Name of the beneficiary receiving the payment.
 Payment date: Date of the payment.
 Action: Option to take action on the transaction (e.g., verify or reject).

The Payments section provides a comprehensive interface for managing


and verifying payments within the DBT Monitoring App. Users can easily
track expenses, filter payment data, and verify transactions, ensuring
efficient financial management and transparency.

By clicking on "All Payments," users can view and manage payment details
for all beneficiaries. By clicking on "Verify Payment," users can verify
pending payment transactions, ensuring that all financial activities are
accurately recorded and validated.

5. Beneficiary
Dashboard Summary

1. Total Beneficiary: Count: Displays the total number of beneficiaries


registered in the system.
2. Completed 1st Installment Survey: Count: Shows the number of
beneficiaries who have completed the first installment survey.
3. Completed 2nd Installment Survey: Count: Indicates the number of
beneficiaries who have completed the second installment survey.

Filter Beneficiary

This section allows users to filter the list of beneficiaries based on various
criteria to facilitate targeted searches and data management.

 Search by Beneficiary Name / Application ID: A text input field for


entering a specific beneficiary's name or application ID.
 Select Category: A dropdown menu to filter beneficiaries based on
categories such as Below Poverty Line (BPL), Above Poverty Line
(APL), etc.
 Gender: A dropdown menu to filter beneficiaries by gender.
 Select District: A dropdown menu to filter beneficiaries by their
district.
 Select Blocks: A dropdown menu to filter beneficiaries by specific
blocks within a district.
 Select GP: A dropdown menu to filter beneficiaries by Gram
Panchayat
Beneficiary List

The list provides detailed information about each beneficiary along with
actions that can be taken. The columns include:

 S#: Serial number of the beneficiary in the list.


 Application No: Unique application number assigned to the
beneficiary.
 Name: The name of the beneficiary. Example: AANOBARA BEGUM.
 Category: Indicates the beneficiary’s.
 #: Action button to view more details about the beneficiary. Button
Text: "View Detail".
 1st Installment: Status: Indicates whether the first installment has
been done.
 2nd Installment: Status: Indicates whether the second installment
has been done.

6. Survey
Filter Survey:

This section provides various filtering options to narrow down the list of
surveys based on specific criteria:

The Filter Survey section offers a variety of options to refine survey data:

 Select District: Choose from 35 districts to focus on specific


geographical areas.
 Select Category: Filter by APL or BPL status to analyze beneficiaries
by economic category.
 Area Type: Select from Char, Hill, Plain, or Tea Garden to segment
beneficiaries by geographic characteristics.
 Gender: Filter by Male or Female to analyze survey data based on
beneficiary gender.
 Pit Type: Choose between Pit Type, Single Pit Type, Septic Pit Type,
or Twin Pit Type to categorize sanitation facilities provided.

Export to Excel:

This section displays a list of surveys that match the applied filters. The
columns provide detailed information about each survey, including:
 S#:Serial number of the survey entry in the list.
 Name: The name of the beneficiary.
 Mobile No: The mobile number of the beneficiary, with part of the
number masked for privacy.
 Gender: The gender of the beneficiary.
 Application no: Unique application number assigned to the

7. Rejected Survey List

9. Logout

The Logout option provides a secure way for users to end their session
within the DBT Monitoring App. Upon clicking Logout, users will be
safely logged out of their account, terminating their current session. To
access the application again, users will need to log in using their
credentials, ensuring the security of their account and data. This feature
helps maintain the confidentiality and integrity of user accounts and
ensures compliance with security protocols.
