Part 3. Planning for the future
I would like to start a career in my preferred field with a strong base. This would be possible
by getting required training / education / professional certification in the said field. I believe
that On-job-training or Hands-on-experience is something extremely important to kick start a
career. So I would explore possibilities to fulfill above two prerequisites. Once I am
onboarded to my first job, I would love to focus on understanding the fundamentals of the job
and excel in my initial roles & responsibilities.
I would understand from my seniors about their career journeys and learn from their
experiences, challenges, and wins. There will be requirement of advanced level training /
