I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request the reinstatement of admission for my
son, Muhammad Ahmad Hashmi, who was a bonafide student at Crescent School, Class 3-
Purple during the 2017-18 session. He continued his studies at your esteemed institution until
the completion of Class 5.

Unfortunately, due to my transfer to Karachi during that time, we had to leave the school. The
transition coincided with the closure of schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which made
it difficult for me to inform the school administration of our situation promptly.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you consider re-admitting Muhammad Ahmad
in Class 9. He has always valued his education at Crescent School and has fond memories
of his time there. We believe that continuing his education in a familiar environment will
greatly benefit him both academically and socially.
