14. To report to the Quality Management Department any concerns, changes, help needed, as required to
meet Quality Management System requirements
Authorities:
• To escalate any issue to the Managing Director
• To raise nonconformity/improvement of the QMS to the organization’s Quality Manager
• To approve purchase advances (<$15,000)
• To agree/sign off actions relating to complaints and nonconforming staff
• To authorize overtime of staff (<$3,000
• To carry out disciplinary action (in conjunction with departmental heads)
