TREASURY MANAGEMENT
The process of arranging, planning, and managing how a company uses its cash
and other financial resources is known as treasury management. In order to
make sure the company is able to satisfy its short-term liquidity and long-term
goals, it incorporates financial forecasting, short-term cash flow management,
credit and liquidity management, investment portfolio management, foreign
currency management, risk management, and hedging. In order to get funding
for the company's operations, it also includes how the company interacts with
financial institutions like banks and other financial markets. To manage the
organization as effectively and efficiently as feasible, Treasury Management
primarily focuses on controlling how cash, liquidity, financial instruments, and
assets are used on a daily basis. Furthermore, it entails anticipating future
financial obligations and setting aside money to pay for them.

Companies may make sure their operations stay lucrative and liquid by
putting in place an effective Treasury Management system. I've had the chance to
learn how Treasury Management can assist businesses in better understanding
their financial status, maintaining liquidity, and making decisions that can result
in higher earnings thanks to this module. The various facets of Treasury
Management, including cash flow management, risk management, and financial
forecasting, are now better understood by me. My understanding of how
businesses can use a variety of financial instruments and markets to raise money
for their operations has also increased. I now have a better understanding of the
significance of effective Treasury Management and how it can continue to
support businesses in their success overall thanks to this module.
