For every m3 of mortar, it can cover 200m2 in area; so if we consider 100m2, we need 0.5m3 m

reasonable assumption on the wastage, do you know why we need to consider the wastage o

The plasterer can finish 2.5m2 area per hour; so for 100m2, he need to take 40 hours

If it is extrenal plaster, we need to price another 10%-20% for temporary work such as scaffo
