The assumed baseline for this pricing sheet is a Cessna Citation CJ1+, CJ2+ or CJ3 with Pro Line 21 avionics.

1.0 PREREQUISITES & LIMITATIONS

The equipment statuses and/or service bulletins specified in this table must either be installed on the aircraft prior to the Pro Line Fusion upgrade or concurrently. If the aircraft does not meet the prerequisites, please contact
your Collins Regional Sales Manager to discuss availability and pricing.

TAWS Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS) - The STC supports aircraft equipped with a Honeywell MK VIII, MK V, or ACSS LandmarkTM 8000.

DCU-3001 822-1483-250 Data Concentration Unit - Some aircraft are equipped with -201 statuses. Service bulletin 502 is available to update a -201 to -250 at an additional cost of $1,839.

RIU-4110 *CJ3 only* 822-1864-002 Radio Interface Unit - Some aircraft are equipped with -001 status. Service bulletin 503 is available to update to a -001 to a -002 at an additional cost of $4,947.

TTR-4000 822-1294-032 TCAS Receiver/Transmitter - Some aircraft are equipped with -002 status. Service Bulletin 504 is available to update a -002 to a -032. Please see TCAS II Option pricing in
Section 3.5.

XMWR-1000 822-2031-XXX Legacy XM receiver is compatible with Fusion. Sirius XM receiver upgrade available in Section 3.2.

GPS Antenna STC requires Cobham Comant CI 429-410 ComDat WAAS GPS/XM antenna.
 2.0 BASELINE PACKAGE
Collins baseline package includes the following equipment, service bulletins, and certifications needed to install Pro Line Fusion on a Citation CJ1+, CJ2+, or CJ3.

As noted, some items below may not be necessary to complete the baseline installation. In an effort to simplify quoting and pricing, that variability has already been taken into account with a single baseline shipset price.
Therefore, there will not be pricing adjustments made if equipment is not needed to complete the installation.

 3.0 OPTIONS
Collins offers several options to enhance the Pro Line Fusion baseline package.

3.1 SECOND GLOBAL NAVIGATION SATELLITE SYSTEM INSTALLATION OR UPGRADE OPTION

The Pro Line Fusion upgrade is compatible with existing dual GPS-4000S installations. Customers may purchase an optional upgrade to add an additional GPS-4000S to their aircraft if it was not previously equipped. Existing
dual GPS installation must be upgraded to GPS-4000S -004 or -101 status via service bulletin. To ensure proper system performance the primary and secondary GPS need to be the same part number.

3.4 THIRD VHF/DATALINK OPTION with CPDLC

The Pro Line Fusion upgrade is compatible with existing third VHF-4000 installations (-302 and -310 status). Customers may add a third VHF to their aircraft as an optional upgrade as a data radio, if it was not previously
equipped. Included with this option is either FANS 1/A+ or ATN B1 Free of Charge. If an additional CPDLC app is required, see Section 3.5. Datalink service provider is required for proper operations. Please see Section 6.0

3.6 TCAS II OPTION

The Pro Line Fusion upgrade is compatible with existing TCAS II installations. Customers may purchase an optional TCAS II upgrade by purchasing a TTR-4100 or performing a service bulletin update to a TTR-4000. If
upgrading to TCAS II, a TDR-94D needs to be purchased as part of the baseline package.

8.0 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise noted, this program is valid for orders placed between May 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, with delivery requested by April 1, 2021. The program terms and conditions are in accordance with Collins’
General Conditions of Sale. This special pricing program is provided for the purposes of the purchasing dealer in the effort of installing the referenced equipment in its customers aircraft. As with our policy for all equipment
transactions, it is not provided for the purposes of resale to any other entity. Dealer will earn the purchase credit(s) outlined in this Special Pricing Program upon placing a Purchase Order for a full Package and will be applied
immediately toward the Package Purchase Order. The Purchase Credit can not be used toward any other purchase of Collins goods or services.

Unless specifically addressed, this proposal applies to avionics equipment only and does not take into consideration any airframe manufacturer (OEM) Master Change charges, certification charges, or other similar charges.
Any such charges will be sole the responsibility of the Dealer.

All Subscription Services are in accordance with the Collins Flight Information Solutions General Terms Agreement.
Dealer will be invoiced the program price(s) quoted. Dealer's account will be credited the unit trade-in value upon receipt of the returned units in tagged serviceable condition at the Collins Cedar Rapids facility.

Please be aware that installation hardware and/or kits may be required to complete the installation. Please refer to the Collins product catalog for specific installation material information and pricing. Warranty period for the new
equipment within this program is two years. Modified and exchanged units will carry a 12 month warranty. Standard warranty does not apply to software.
