Terminologies.
❑Rows: Lines which run from left to right used for entering
records and labeled with numbers.
❑Columns: Lines which run from top to bottom used to
group types of information and labeled with letters. A-IV
and are 256 in number.
❑Cell: a box where a column and row meet.
❑Active cell: A cell that has been selected, with a thick
border around.
❑Workbook: a Spreadsheet file.
❑Worksheet: pages in a workbook.
❑Cell Address: a combination of column letters and row
numbers to a certain cell. E.g. A2
