About me
First and foremost, I want to thank Cloudstaff for the chance to be interviewed for
this position.
I am Kenneth a 22 year -old from Paniqui, TARLAC and I studied at CIT for a
bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a major in English for 3 years. and
last June 29th I received my diploma in Bs Development Communication.
Indeed, I am a fresh grad, I must admit that life as a working student is not always
an easy route to dwell. Nonetheless, it is full of opportunities to learn from mistakes
and grow individually.
Working when I was still studying helped me learn certain lessons, a combination of
indefensible take always from the book and real-life experience.
I worked in the Bpo industry for a year. Three months from Amerimarck, where we
helped our clients ship their orders successfully, and almost a year from Metro by T-
Mobile, where we helped them pay their bills and fix their phone and service.
Moreover, my university appointed me to work as an intern at Kura Media
Production, where we design logos, marketing materials, and other content for
social media to assist our clients in increasing revenue.
I enjoy writing, reading, and watching documentaries, painting is my recreational
activity, along with doing creative things.
I am a production early endorse who began, taking calls after a month of training,
and rose to the position of top 3 most valuable agents for 5 months. I assumed June
was the best month for me merely because I was ranked 10 th among top agents
across all metro-by tmobile sites and at the same time I got my diploma.
If I were hired, I would work hard to guarantee that you got a good return on your
investment in me.
Why should I hire you?
I am a creative person, so I wanted to improve my creativity, thus I obtained a
degree in development communication. I love helping customers, and I think
cloudstaff is one of the best companies looking for someone who is as innovative
and enthusiastic about helping clients.
I have no doubt that this company will encourage the growth of my skills, and I will
do everything in my ability to help the company.
Why do you want to work with our company?
I've heard great things about cloudstaff from several of my friends, who said that
it's a good business that prioritizes its employee, mental health in particular.
I'm aware that I'm young and my experience isn't all that great, but I'm determined
to be the expert Clousstaff is seeking for.
Why did you leave your previous company?
One of my major concerns is employee turnover because I think it will have an
impact on my employment history, but as a recent graduate, I also want to explore
it because I wanted to continue growing after a year with the previous company.
What I your strength?
One of my strengths is that I'm passionate about helping customers with the
technical knowledge I've acquired from previous jobs.
Studying development communication taught me how to identify our target
audience or clients, and using these strategies has helped me improve my
persuading abilities.
Finally, I have good communication skills gained from my experience working for a
prepaid wireless provider as well as my courses in English and Development
communication.
What are your weaknesses?
Since I was a child, I've struggled with having the perfect spelling. However, I've
tried to turn this weakness into a strength by practicing a lot and participating in
writing competitions. In 2020, I placed third in the tau essay writing competition.
What are your long-term and short-term goal?
What are your near-term goals?
In the near future, I want to excel in my position so that I may step up when
necessary and position myself for future growth in the industry.
Long term
My long-term goal is to stay and work hard at your organization, I will do my best to
become an expert here. I'll set more challenging goals so I can assess my
performance.
What is the difference between shore and offshore outsourcing?
whenever a task or project has been assigned outside the nation and not close by is
referred to as offshore outsourcing.
Any outsourcing to a neighboring nation will be considered shore outsourcing.
What do you think why do companies outsource the business?
The reason why businesses outsource is that it is very cost-effective and simple to
attain a result with the aid of outsourcing,
Lessons learned
The most important lesson I've learned is that you can never be completely
prepared for everything since there are many things in life that are out of your
control, but you can always choose how you respond to those obstacles.
As they stated, nobody can stop you, only you.
Life taught me that we need to be more compassionate and helpful to one another
because we all have responsibilities and problems, so be kind and sensitive
Last book, documentaries, painting you did
One of the books I will always remember is Beverley Naidoo's "Out of Bounds,"
which is a conflict and hope story about the prejudice and discrimination black
Americans faced in the 19th century. Although it does not provide a detailed record
of how black Americans achieved freedom, I still love how this book made me
realize that I must be the person who is willing to put in the extra work required to
fight for her human rights education and dreams in life.
The most interesting documentaries I've ever seen are how plastic materials harm
our TERRA, or our homes. In order to meet consumer demand, people generate a
wide variety of plastic materials. However, the problem is that much of this waste is
not properly disposed of; instead, it ends up in the ocean or rivers, where it can
cause flash floods and the ozone layer to deplete.
Paintings, and inspiration
The portrait of my grandma and grandpa is one of my all-time favorite paintings,
and they serve as a source of great motivation for me. in 2013, they passed away.
And that changed my life. My family couldn't even afford to send me to school, so I
did everything I could to make money. I was transferred to a public school, where I
joined pageants and applied for part-time jobs to support myself.
