Question:1 Sketch Vout and IR for the network.
Question:2 Analyze the given circuit and determine the following parameters:
i. Input Voltage (Vm)
ii. Load Voltage(VL)
iii. Load Current(IL)
iv. Diode Current(ID)
Assume a 10 kΩ load is applied. Sketch the behavior of VL and IL and consider the diodes
to be ideal.
Question:3 Sketch VOUT for the network of the Fig. and determine the dc
voltage available and consider the diodes to be ideal.
Question:4. A sinusoidal voltage 22V,50Hz, is applied HWR fig. with dynamic
resistance of diode of 1W and consider the diodes to be ideal. Calculate the
maximum dc and rms flowing through the load. Also, calculate DC output
power devolved AC input supplied, rectifier efficiency, and ripple factor.
Question 5: A 23V-0-23V input voltage is connected to a FWR shown in
fig. and consider the diodes to be ideal. Calculate the dc, ac voltage, dc
and ac power developed across the load. Also, calculate the dc rms
current that will flow through the load.
Question:6: In the bridge rectifier circuit depicted in the figure, consider
the diodes to be ideal. Determine the following:
(i) The DC output voltage
(ii) The peak inverse voltage (PIV)
(iii) The output frequency, given that the primary-to-secondary turns
ratio is 4:1.
