SET_AUTH_INT_NUM_FLAG: In this method,
1. Set the flag EX_AUTH_FLAG = ‘X’ if business requirement is to check the user authorization to use
IRN report
2. Set the flag EX_INT_NUM_FLAG = ‘X’ if business requirement is to consider Document Number in
JSON Response file as Internal Document Number and not ODN
