Dear Students,
We are presently conducting a quantitative research study titled “Homework: Perceptions of Junior
High School Students of Libertad National High School on Homework Activities” in partial fulfillment of
our requirements in Practical Research (Quantitative Research) in this campus, this semester.

In view of this, we would like to ask for your benevolent cooperation through accomplishing this survey
questionnaire. Kindly follow the directions provided for your guidance.

on the way you think and feel about your homework activities.
