Recommendations for cybersecurity:
Block unauthorized computers or devices to access the local network, and forbid
unauthorized connection to untrusted network on rightful computers.
In case some services must be exposed to an untrusted network, build a
Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) to add an additional layer of security to the Local Area
Network (LAN), so that an external attacker only has access to the services in the
DMZ, rather than any device of the LAN.
Create VLANs to divide the network into different broadcast domains, and apply
strict security strategies for important VLANs.
Use VPN for remote access, which interconnects remote, and mostly geographically
separate, networks through public communication infrastructures, such as the
Internet.
Choose proper security technologies to enhance the network safety, such as
intrusion detection system (IDS), ACL (Access Control List), 802.1x, RADIUS
authentication and Security Auditing.
Adopt Domain Control on Windows Server Systems, whereby computer users are
granted to have a number of necessary permissions.

To ensure the proper use of your license, please subject to the following items:
The license can be applied to activate only one Hikvision SYS platform at a time.
The license should be kept in a safe place. Hikvision shall not provide replacement
for any loss of the license.
The Upgrade license can only be applied on platform of standard versions
(customized versions excluded)
NEW: Due to the upgrade of License system, if the version of your HikCentral
Professional is V1.5.0 or earlier, you need to upgrade your software or install a patch
