Topic: Physical Education/Athletics
Problem
High school students need athletic development outside of school sports.
Title: Evaluating the impact of after-school sports programs on high school student
development
Overview: I want to gain insight into how high school students grow and change through after-
school sports programs in this study. In particular, I'd like to learn more about programs that offer
lessons, workshops, or training in a number of different sports that are not part of standard school
sports teams. I compare kids who are in these groups to those who are not studying at aspects
like self-confidence, teamwork, time management, and interest in sports. I would also look at the
types of programs available, how often and for how long classes are held, and how students feel
about the rewards. As a person who is interested in youth sports and development, this will help
me understand how these kinds of programs can help kids grow in different ways. There is not a
lot of research directly looking at program models in this area, so the results could help
communities.
Elementary school physical education (PE) coaches need more time for individualized
instruction and skill development with students during PE class activities
In this study, the objective is to examine the effects of allocating extra time to primary
school physical education coaches for individual and small-group skill coaching during class
sections. More precisely, my interest is in investigating the results of students who are provided

with personalized coaching in comparison to those who lack this concentrated attention. My
analysis would focus on variables such as the development of motor skills, physical literacy,
pleasure derived from physical exercise, and cardiorespiratory fitness. I contend that acquiring
knowledge about the advantages of individualized coaching might enhance endeavors to
maximize the effectiveness of basic physical education programs and facilitate the development
of children in these crucial domains.
