DOWNLOAD UBUNTU AND PLAY ON VM WARE
1. Download Ubuntu:
Go to the Ubuntu download pageand download the latest LTS version.
2. Install VMware Player:
Download and install VMware Workstation Player from VMware's website.
3. Create a Virtual Machine:
Open VMware Player and select Create a New Virtual Machine.
Choose Installer disc image file (iso), then browse to the Ubuntu ISO.
Set the OS as Linux → Ubuntu 64-bit, name the VM, and allocate at least
2GB of RAM and 20GB for the hard disk.
4. Install Ubuntu:
Click Play Virtual Machine to start.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Ubuntu (language, user account,
etc.).
