Program Purpose
The Mental Health Awareness Program is designed to educate participants about
the importance of mental health,provide strategic insights into stress
management,and promote mindfulness [Link] aim is to create a safe and
open platform for
discussing mental health issues and breaking the stigma surrounding them.

Keynote Speaker
