 One Mr. "X" son of Mr. "Y” carries on wholesale

business of Rice at Bangalore, Karnataka and Mr. "A"
son of Mr. "B" used to take Rice and dal from Mr. X,
many transaction were took place between two
parties ,but no final cost were made. On Sep. 10th,
2021 Mr. X asked Mr. ‘A’ to settle the Balance
account and clear all the dues within a month time
which was verified and Mr. ‘A’ promised to pay within
a month. but Mr. ‘A’ did not pay amount till Nov,
2021. Mr. ‘X’ issued Legal notice to Mr. ‘A’ ,But Mr.
‘A’ did not respond to that, hence this suit is for
recovery of due amount from Mr. ‘A’. Draft a plaint
under order 7 rule 1 read with section 26 of Cpc.
