This template shows how you can track actual time and dollars against

estimated time and dollars across projects, activities and persons. The pivot
table allows you to roll up the data at the project, activity and person, in any
order.

1. Set up the reference data on the following tabs


* Estimates
* Roles
* People

2. On the Actuals tab


* Add new rows as actual effort is expended on a project activity
* Update existing rows as necessary
* Consider adding a Date column to track the actual amount on a daily basis

3. On the Summary tab, adjust pivot rows, columns and values, as necessary
