1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
PSY Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Will supply and unload READY MIX CONCRETE
of required grades, at designated locations at your site and quantity schedule (s) to
be drawn from time to time during the period of Agreement.

ESCALATION: -
Rate of cement is Rs 340/- bag. If there is any increase or decrease more
than 5 % , the rate will be revised as per cement calculation .

1. Any statutory increase in the present duties / levies like sales tax, royalty
etc. by the Central/ State Govt. On all the raw materials (to be incorporated
in RMC) would be charged and paid extra to the amount proportionate to
the raw material in the mix.
2. Any statutory increase in the present duties/ levies on ready Mix concrete by
the Central/ State Govt. Would be charged and paid extra as applicable.
3. Transit mixer should be unloaded within 45 min after reaching at your site.

4. Quality of concrete:
Supplier shall be responsible for the quality of concrete which will be indicated as
per the cube strength results at the end of 7 days and 28 days. However, the 28
days result shall be final, as the 7 days result are only indicative. The concrete
shall be tested in accordance to IS: 1199 & Is 516. The concrete cube samples
shall be casted as per the guidelines laid down in IS456 (latest edition) at rmc
plantor at the project site in the presence of supplier’s laboratory in charge and
the cubes will becured at RMC plant laboratory. The 28 days strength results of
these cubes shall be final.
5. Force Majeure:
In the event of stoppage of concrete production either due to break down, strikes,
lockout fire and/or any other causes beyond suppliers control, the supplier will not
be held responsible for delay in supplies.
6. Schedule of supply
Site representative will give a schedule of 2-3 days to batching plant –in-charge
and will confirm the same before 24 hour to enable smooth execution of supply
operation.
7. Payment Terms-- BILLING & PAYMENT: 100% advance or RTGS or as
mutually agreed. A crossed cheque ora demand draft drawn in favor of
M/s PSY Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd should be payable at Gurgaon. The
cheque bouncing shall be at the risk & liability of the client. Late payment
above 30days, to charge an interest @ 1.5 % per month. To receive the
payment through RTGS, our Current Account no.08894011000065 & IFSC
Code: PNB0461500. Bank name is PNB BANK.
