climate. The tea plant grows well in deep and fertile well-drained laterite soil,

In India coffee is largely cultivated in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra

Cocoa: Cocoa is tree crop The cocoa tree is best suited to a warm and humid

Cocoa is mainly grown in Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Sugar cane :In India, sugarcane is grown as a Kharif crop. It requires a


temperature range of 21-27 degrees celsius with an annual rainfall of 75-150
cm .Sugar cane grows best in a place that has either rich alluvial soil or lava
soil. The average price in India of sugar cane is₹ 340/quintal .

Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar are the state which
produces sugar cane largely. Uttar Pradesh is the largest production of sugar
cane in India.

the states which grow largely in India. Gujarat is the largest producer of
cotton in India.
