Sub: Intimation letter

Respected Sir,

With do you respect I would like to inform you that I, Md Sameer S/o: Md
Salim R/o:Railpar, Upper Quraishi Mohalla Nr. Faiz-e-Aam Park Lane
Asansol, PO: Asansol, PS: Asansol North, Dist: Paschim Bardhaman, West
Bengal, PIN: 713302, on 30th August at about 10:30 AM my cousin
brothers namely Md. Firdous and Md. Sahadat Hussain both are son of Md
Shamsuddin of Upper Quraishi Mohalla Asansol are quarrel with me along
with my family members just for the small reasons, but the matter was
amicably settled between both of us with the interference of the local
people. Here they did not stop and starts threatening me that if I and my
brother Md Tanweer found alone anywhere in Asansol then they will kill
me into small pieces within one month and sold my flesh at Quraishi
Mohalla Market. After all this I went to local police station but duty office
refuse to receive my complain. Later on 3 rd September 2020 at about 3:00
pm while returning from my shop by my bike, both my cousin brothers
along with five unknown persons with an iron rod and bricks restrained my
path and starts abusing me in the mean time one of from them came
forward with an iron rod and banged it on my head for that I fell down
from bike and they starts beating me mercilessly for which I sustained
severe injury on my head, back, neck and hand. But somehow I take
shelter at Local police station Jahangir Mohalla TOP where the duty officer
without any inquiry put me behind the bar along with my two cousin
brothers and the other five unknown person fled away from spot even
they at the time of custody threaten me by saying that “Tumhara Gala
Kaat ke Tumhare Biwi Bachcho Se Bhikh Manwayenge” but again the
matter was amicably settled between us with the help of family members
and police personal and the duty officer release us from custody.

Now, I am apprehending that they may cause a bigger harm to me along


with my family members. So, I am requesting you kindly look into my
matter and direct the concerned PS to investigate my matter.
