principle and method of teaching

[Link] weakness was encouragement Most of the time I am using it in a way that is convenient
for me to learn and what I want, but not in the correct or necessary way. When I was teaching
children in Sunday school, he always said that they came looking for something other than
bringing them to school.

[Link] law of encouragement emphasis any one encourge learner by true way and properly
motivated, but does not encourge lollipop way, guilt way and deceit way. Promotes Endurance:
Challenges and setbacks are common in ministry. Encouragement helps individuals persevere
through adversity, helping them to know that God is on their side that they are not alone.
Improves Learning: Positive reinforcement is known to increase learning outcomes.
Encouragement increases motivation and retention of information and makes teaching more
effective. Encourages Spiritual Growth: Encouragement brings spiritual awakening and growth.

[Link] law of motivation is based on the idea that positive feedback and reinforcement can
increase motivation. When individuals are motivated, it validates their effort, boosts their self-
esteem, and increases their willingness to engage in activities even when they are initially
unmotivated. Ignoring the right motivational law in my teaching or ministry has created huge
gaps in motivation and participation among students or lay people. Many times, they are made
to focus on things that make them happy so that they don't notice the real truth or what is
necessary. Another thing is that not encouraging the students in the right way means that they
are not given what they want and they will not be happy or engaged in the next one

Identifying specific weaknesses: taking time to reflect on the areas where you can encourage
and serve others. Seek Feedback: Ask trusted friends or service colleagues for their insights. Set
clear goals: Set specific, measurable goals for how you want to incorporate motivation into
your daily interactions.
