OBJECTIVES:-
Seeking a responsible & challenging opportunity that would utilize & enhance my
skills where I can devote my abilities through dedicated hard work & the resources of
the company to achieve combined growth, also to accept a challenging role in the

SUMMARY OF SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:-
Total work experience 11 years (11 years experience as a Mechanical Fitter at 50
STP Plant Behrampur Gurgaon and also presently working as a Mechanical
Fitter at 50 STP Plant Behrampur Gurgaon.
(A) Worked with Trivani Engineering Industry as a Mechanical Fitter from May
2018 to April 2022 with following Responsibilities :-
Maintenance of pumps, Aerator, Blower, Scraper and centrifuge.
Safe, continuous and reliable operation of the plant.
Submitting daily report to superiors.
(B) Working with GSJ Envo Limited as a Mechanical Fitter from May 2022 to
December 2023 to with following Responsibilities :-
Maintenance of pumps, Aerator, Blower, Scraper and centrifuge.
Safe, continuous and reliable operation of the plant.
Submitting daily report to superiors.
Increase the reliability of running equipment and ensure availability of stand by one.
(C) Working with Inviro Infra Engineers Limited as a Mechanical Fitter from
January 2023 to as on date with following Responsibilities :-
Maintenance of pumps, Aerator, Blower, Scraper and centrifuge.
Safe, continuous and reliable operation of the plant.
Submitting daily report to superiors.
Increase the reliability of running equipment and ensure availability of stand by one.
Fitter Responsibilities
1. Installation:
Assemble and install biogas plant components like pipelines, digesters, gas
holders, and compressors.
2. Repair and Replacement:
Replace worn-out or damaged parts such as gaskets, valves, and seals.
3. Alignment and Adjustment:
Ensure proper alignment of mechanical components to prevent gas leaks or
equipment malfunction.
4. Welding and Fabrication:
Perform welding and fabrication work to repair or modify parts.
5. Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct regular checks and maintenance of mechanical systems to prevent
breakdowns.
6. Cleaning and Lubrication:
Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure smooth operation.
7. Record Keeping:
Maintain logs of work performed, parts replaced, and future repair schedules.
Mechanic Responsibilities:
1. Inspection and Diagnosis:
Inspect machinery and equipment to identify faults or potential issues.
2. Repair of Equipment:
Repair motors, pumps, blowers, and other mechanical components.
3. Testing and Calibration:
Test repaired equipment to ensure it functions properly.
4. Emergency Repairs:
Respond quickly to mechanical failures and restore operations.
5. Energy Efficiency:
Ensure the mechanical systems operate efficiently to optimize energy use in the
biogas plant.
6. Training and Supervision:
Train other workers on proper equipment use and safety protocols.
7. Compliance:
Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety and
environmental regulations.
Both roles require good technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a
commitment to maintaining the efficiency and safety of the biogas plant.
