CHAPTER 0:
SYLLABUS & GRADING
LECTURER: ASSOC. PROF. LOAN PHAM-NGUYEN
Hà Nội, 9/9/2024
Objectives
2
Students are able to describe and explain the physical phenomena of semiconductor
components in a general way.
Students can model, analyze, and quantify the impact of technology scaling on the
performance of analog circuits.
Students can explain the parasitic phenomena (side effects) generated by technology
scaling.
Students can analyze circuits and perform calculations to determine the specifications
for electronic components used in the design of necessary circuits.
Students can use design software (Cadence/LTSPICE) to fully design a simple IC.
