PROPOSED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) STRATEGY FOR
JOLOTEX NIGERIA LIMITED
IP Policy Statement
Jolotex Nigeria Limited (the "Company") recognizes the importance of
intellectual property (IP) in providing Technical Support Services.. The
Company is committed to protecting its IP assets and respecting the IP rights of
others.
Scope
This IP strategy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party service
providers of the Company. This strategy covers all IP assets related to
Technical Support Services., including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade
secrets, and know-how.
