Adaptive RBF Control for MEMS Gyroscopes

This paper presents a novel adaptive control scheme utilizing a fully tuned radial basis function (RBF) neural network for MEMS gyroscopes, aimed at improving performance against external disturbances and model uncertainties. The proposed method combines adaptive nominal control with RBF network compensation to enhance dynamic characteristics and robustness, ensuring stability through Lyapunov analysis. Simulation results demonstrate that the fully tuned RBF network outperforms traditional RBF control methods in terms of robustness and tracking accuracy.
