Brief Description of the Project As years progress, and the effect of
technology dominates, adolescents
participate in less physical activities resulting
in health problems. This project primarily
aims to encourage children to volunteer more
in physical activities and to broaden their
knowledge of volleyball. Furthermore, this
program encourages youth to participate in
volleyball, particularly in a generation where
adolescents are lacking in physical activities.
Overall, this project will be teaching ages
from 11 to 18. The main topic that will be
discussed here will be spiking. The spiking is
considered as the hardest move in volleyball
for this requires heavy power and
aggressively hitting the ball.
Significance of the Project The significance of this project is to impact
the lives of children in the community by
using it as a gateway to further their interest
in sports and physical activity, as well as
general fitness and well-being.
Its ability to promote both physical and social
development among children and youth
makes it vital. This program addresses the
growing concern over sedentary lifestyles,
which have become more common in our
generation that is heavily influenced by digital
technology. Regular physical activity helps
improve fitness, motor skills, and overall well
being, reducing the risk of health issues.

Graphical Framework/Concept
Methodology This activity is a week long and about 2-3
hours a day. Fun activities such as receiving,
setting, blocking, spiking and drills such as
2v2 passing drill, serve receive drill, and the
toss and catch drill will be taught to them one
at a time and by the end of the week-long
session they will be challenged to play a fun
match with each other.
We'll give them engaging and fun programs
and training because we know how easily a
person gets bored, especially the youth.
We're also going to prepare small tokens of
appreciation/prizes for the participants so that
