Tab 1 - Basic Three Week Look Ahead Schedule - START HERE FIRST!!
Forecasts Man-Days For Each Work Task
Enter Task Description, Date Range, Resource Names & Total Man-Days Per Task, Per Day
If You Want To Track Subcontractors, Vendors, Inspectors Or Consultants Without Any Man-Days,
Just Enter All Info As Normal, Except Write SUB, VEN, INSPT Or CONS In Lieu Of Numbers
Writing Letters In Place Of Numbers Won't Affect Formulas

Tab 2 - Three Week Look Ahead Schedule By Trade - Automatically Created Based On Tab 1 Input
All You Need To Do Here Is Assign Trades To The Tasks You Entered In Tab 1
No Other Data Entry Is Required On Your Part!
If You Want To Change Task Descriptions, Dates Or Resource Names,
Simply Update Tab 1 - The Changes Will Be Made On Tab 2 Automatically!
Once You Do So, The Man-Days Will Be Color-Coded Based On Trade
First, Assign Trade/Contractor To A Color (Scroll To Bottom Of Sheet)
Then Select Trade From Dropdown For Every Work Task
For Lines Not In Use, Simply Select 'Leave Blank'
Man-Days Will Automatically Turn The Trade's Color As They're Entered
On This Tab, It's OK To Delete Lines Not In Use, But Do Not Unhide, Move, Or Insert New Lines!
If You Don't Want Weekends To Show, Simply Hide
