* Performance Test, if ordered, will be performed with water at ambient temperature, where the pump performance will vary.
* Unless specified design tolerances are in accordance with VDMA 24284 tolerance group II for Non-API pumps.
* Motor additional features: VPI treated & suitable for invented operating conditions.
Additonal Remarks for Customer
* The NEMO® pump should not be operated without medium or with blocked discharge line condition.
* NEMO® Pump lubricant is KLÜBER UH1 6-460 for food applications & Shell omala 460 for non-food applications.
* For operation >16 hrs/day lubricant should be changed twice a year, If it is <16 hrs/day then to be changed once a year.
* Gear Box Lubricant : Nord Mineral Oil ISOVG22O, PBL ISO VG460. Oil has to be changed every 10,000 hrs.
* Volumetric / Mechanical Efficiency values might change during actual testing.
