1. Earlier, computers were huge in size and very expensive. Present-daycomputers are not only
compact and affordable, but they also operate on a very high speed. Computers are used
almost in every place, such as schools, offices, homes, banks etc.
2. Mainframe computers are big in size and can process data at an extremely high speed. These are
very powerful and expensive computers.
