Certianly, I will be happy to. Since i Completed Automobile Engineering in 2013, I
have dedicated my past 10 years learning and developing technical expertise in IT.
in these past 5 years i have had a pleasure of working with two great suppy chain
giants where i was responsible for working with large sets of raw data. using the
analytical and problem solving skills that i have learned in my enginerring in this
5 years i have idnetified many process improvements and optimised exciting process,
including one where i have fully automated a 5 hr long execution process. In this
new role i am hoping to use these experience to bring value to your team and
continue to develop my expertise for the team.
WHat is your greatest strength?
well I have always been passionate about IT sector especially data and analytics. I
have tried to develop expertise in all rounds of DATA sector including engineering,
analytics and Science. too share with you a small example, in my previous role my
manager was struggling to find solution to elimintae continuous error in planning
process for initiative stock management process, in her experience she couldnt find
a way to pinpoint origin of errors that seemed random but would always result in
false stock prediction, I realised the solution was within the reach, I asked her
to give me permission to the backend of the process, and i reached out to azure
data warehouse from which this process was utilising its [Link] careful
analysis I found out that the data had many codes that were yet to be fully
activated and were added to this list eventually jepordising the prediction model,
after reaching out to the source of this data, which were actually multiple
suppiers, I prepared a detailed presentation and training to facilitiate correct
input of data and since then this prediction have been accurate and team is happy.
what is your weakness?
If i have to say one biggest weakess i have it would be I trust entirly my
coworkers abilities. it may sound random but i have had a displeasure in my last
role. It was during the winter break where i was visiting my family in India. I
have just completed a new process automation and i have deligated to few people
each processes to run in my absence. this process malfunctioned during my absence.
When i came back I was informed by my manager that the dedicated backup couldnt
execute the coding and instructions and thus had to spend hours using the last
successful automation from few months back to successfully run the execution. i was
really sad to realise that my instructions were not enough to troubleshoot the
issues. what i did next helped me secure this loophole. After coming i spent mext 2
months brainstroming with all the backups what they felt was missing in the
instructions and what would help them run the processes next time better in my
absence, such as creating setup run videos, or provide a details troubleshoot
guidance to rootcause and correct issues in future.
WHy should we hire you?
If you will skim through my resume, you will notice I have spent last 5 years
trying to learn new methods of data generations, transformation and execution. I
have always felt the need to understand raw data, i believe a business can be taken
to next level if hidden patterns and insights from data are utilised. I want to use
my problem solving and anaytical skills from my enginerring education for benefit
of autodoc and its team. as in past I have also trained both IT and NOT IT
employee to utlise IT tools for their daily use.
