LNHS JUNIORS AND SENIORS PROM 2024

I . ARRIVAL AND REGISTRATION

R: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Juniors and Seniors Prom 2024 of
Linantuyan National High School. My name is Rogie Mar S. Villarin, and I will be your master of ceremony
this afternoon.
J: A pleasant afternoon to one and all, I am Joeren P. Villaespin and I will be your lady of ceremony. First
off, I would like to congratulate the Junior and Senior class for making it this far. You all look amazing, and
I’m sure you’ve been looking forward to this occasion like me.

R: Today is one of the highlights of high school life in the pantheon of social graces and gregariousness!
J: Not to forget the very purpose of this occasion, for the juniors to seize a magical step into the spotlight
embracing future responsibilities and for the Seniors to celebrate the egress in a well-spent High School
Life.
R and J: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Linantuyan National High School Juniors and Seniors Prom
2024!

II GRAND ENTRANCE
R: And without further ado, to kick the ball rolling, let’s roll out the red carpet and let us be enchanted and
pave way for the grand entrance of the juniors and seniors in their walk of fame! Please give them a round
of applause!

III INVOCATION and PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM


J: To formally commence this event, please remain standing and feel a few moments of solemnity for an
invocation which is to be followed immediately by the singing of the National Anthem and Linantuyan
National High School Hymn.

IV OPENING REMARKS
R: You may now take your seats. To give us the Opening Remarks for today’s soiree, may we call in the ever
supportive and ever dynamic Senior High School Coordinator of Linantuyan National High School, Mr. Avit
Czar G. Vinzon. Let’s give him a round of applause.

V PRESENTATION OF JUNIORS AND SENIORS


J: Thank you very much, sir Vinzon. Your endless support and love for your students is an inspiration to
many of us. May your words of wisdom be our moving spirit as we enjoy today’s momentous affair.
R: At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, let us move on to the presentation of the stars in this occasion,
the juniors and seniors. To do the honor, let us welcome with a round of applause Mr. Michael Roy B.
Bacay!

VI BEQUEATHING OF KEY AND MANTLE OF RESPONSIBILITY and ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSE


J: Thank you, sir Michael and dear students. Every JS prom signifies the celebration of awards and
achievements of our senior students.
R: You are correct, Joeren. These legacies should be handed over to the deserving and trustworthy
inheritors...who else? Of course, the junior students!
J: With that said, let us witness the bequeathing of key and mantle of responsibility to be officiated by
Joebert Cantila, a senior student. After which is the acceptance and response of Shantel Fundador from
the juniors. Please give them a round of applause!

VII PRESENTATION OF CLASS HISTORY


R: Thank you Joebert and Shantel. At this point in time ladies and gentlemen, let us lend our ears as we
listen to the reading or presentation of class history from senior students, Abegail Bontigao and Kim
Seriaquillo. A round of applause, please.

VIII SURPRISE NUMBER


J: Thank you Abegail and Kim… At this juncture, let us hear a message from our very own Teacher In
Charge, Mr. Regulou S. Cadallo after that we will be entertained with a surprise intermission number.
R: Thank you so much Sir Cadallo, I think everyone is ecstatic to witness this surprise presentation, and so
without further ado, let us give a round of applause to our presenters!

IX READING OF CLASS PROPHECY


J: Wow, that was an awesome presentation!
R: I agree with you Joeren. I know everyone in this venue was enthralled with that number! After that
amazing performance, let us once again lend our ears to Enelyn Dela Cruz for the Reading of Class
Prophesy. Let’s give her a resounding applause!
X COTILLION DE HONOR
J: Thank you Enelyn! Our road to success will always be under construction. But with our innate aptitude
coupled with great attitude, we can shape up our altitude. I have nothing to say with regard to our
prophecy but “God Bless to all of us…and so be it!”
R: And now, we will witness one of the most-awaited parts of today’s celebration which is the traditional
cotillion de honor. This is a traditional social dance which displays elegance and sophistication. To showcase
the gracefulness and the dancing prowess of LNHS students, let’s now welcome the juniors and seniors in
their Cotillion de Honor dance! Let’s all give them a big hand with grace and poise!

XI BATCH WILL AND TESTAMENT


J: Thank you, cotillion de honor dancers for that magnificent performance. You guys almost moved heaven
and earth in dancing!
R: I would like to take this opportunity to thank our dance mentor for their untiring efforts and energies in
making this a successful presentation. To ma’am Jaira Denlauso, thank you very much for your tremendous
efforts. You will not remain unappreciated.
J: Moving on, let us listen to Arvin Ebora from the seniors and Shiny Ann Mariano from the juniors as they
read the Batch Will and Testament. A big hand for them, please!

XII CANDLE LIGHTING


R: Thank you Arvin and Shiny Ann! The Juniors will now receive the light from the Seniors which symbolizes
the path they will pursue as they carry on their shoulders the responsibilities and legacy.
J: The candle light ceremony signifies the hand-over of the candles to the next bearers so as to lead and
guide our school and its stakeholders in reaching their aspirations.
R: The flame atop of every paraffin elucidates the road to success of the outgoing seniors in the next
chapter of their academic career. At this point, let’s move onward and go forward to the Candle-Lighting
ceremony. Let’s give our juniors and seniors a warm round of applause.

XIII JUNIOR SONG


J: Thank you, dear students! At this moment, ladies and gentlemen, we will be serenaded by the Juniors
with their golden voice. Let’s give a resounding applause to the Juniors!
XIV SENIOR SONG
R: Thank you very much Juniors for that heartwarming song number. It only goes to show that our school is
filled with superb talented people. And now, we will also hear a song presentation from the equally
talented students from the seniors. A big hand, please!
XV ……….DINNER……….DINNER………DINNER……….DINNER……….DINNER………. DINNER……….
J: And that was an excellent performance to cap off the first part of this afternoon’s program. Thank you,
juniors and seniors! At this moment, everyone may now enjoy taking their dinner. The announcing of the
Prom King and Queen, the best dressed, best suits and perfect match will be done shortly after our meal.
For now, have fun and enjoy your meal!
XVI AWARDING
R: I believe that everyone is now ready to witness the most awaited part of the program. We are not over
the excitement yet for what follows is the announcement of the Prom King and Queen, the Best Dressed,
Best Suits and Perfect Match. May we welcome and call on Sir Regulou S. Cadallo to do the honor. A
resounding applause, please!

XV CLOSING REMARKS
J: Congratulations to all the beautiful and dashing winners and awardees of this afternoon. You truly
deserve the accolades given to you. Once again, congratulations!
R: Just like all any other occasions, one must come to an end. Ladies and gentlemen, to officially conclude
this afternoon’s celebration, let us hear the closing remarks from the adviser of Grade 12 Ruby, Mrs. Christy
B. Fuerte. Please give her a warm round of applause!

J: Thank you, ma’am Christy! It has been an honor to be one of your emcees in this occasion. Thank you for
your confidence and for trusting me this opportunity. Thank you to my beloved teachers, faculty and staff
of LNHS for allowing me the chance to express myself and for nurturing my talents and skills.
R: I couldn’t agree more with that, Joeren. It is my privilege as well to be hosting this year’s JS Prom and for
that I sincerely thank my mentors, and all the faculty and staff of LNHS for the opportunity. This is Rogie
Mar Villarin.
