Script:
(It's a Friday night, and five close friends—two gay men and three women—are gathered at a
bar for some drinks and laughs. Nearby, three guys—Paul, Alfonz, and Jestoni—are also
drinking, but they’re running low on funds to keep the party going.)
Scene 1: The girls and the gays arrive. (The two gays, Krissy and Ken, are calling their friends
because the group isn’t complete yet.)
Cressela:
“Asa naman ning mga Vaklush bes uy! Baling dugaya mangabot, kaloka kaayo!”
Krissy:
“Wait sa, akoang tawagan ang mga ferson, akao gyud ni silang pang-warlahon. (Phones rings)
Hello, Ken, asa naman ka?”
Ken: (On the phone, struggling through the traffic)
“Cumming na bes! Suferduper traffic gyud diri sa amoa, dili ka lusot akoang 4 packs nga kabayo.
Pero push lang, almost na.”
Krissy:
“Sige sige, lupad nalang bes, kay si Mhea bag-o pa pud naabot diri. Charot lang.”
Ken:
“Sus ko, kung pwede palang ko mu-Darna paingon dira, ganiha rako mi-abot. Tawagi na pud si
Gibby kay sigurado ko wala pa pud to siya naka-arrival.”
Krissy:
“Cge, goraaaa!”
(Krissy ends the call and dials Gibby.)
Krissy:
“Gibby, asa naka bes?”
Gibby:
“Paingon nako, bes, pero naa pay gi-sugo si mudrabels sa akesh. Pero coming nako, hold on lang
diha!”
Scene 2: The neighboring table. (Meanwhile, at the next table, the three guys—Paul, Jestoni,
and Alfonz—are in a dilemma. They've run out of drinks and cash.)
Paul:
“Bai, tagay pata, wala na bitaw kwarta diri.”
Alfonz: (Clearly drunk and holding back vomit)
“Dili nako, bai, murag kuhaon na ko ni San Pedro. Haggardo Versoza nako!” (Alfonz then vomits
beside the table.)
Jestoni: (Laughing but equally as drunk)
“Weakshit kaayo mo! Dugang pata, charot lang, pero seryoso ko!” (Jestoni then follows suit and
vomits, adding to the chaos.)
(Krissy and Ken overhear the boys and exchange glances. They see an opportunity.)
Ken:
“Bes, akong bet ang naa sa tapad, keri ra kaha nato sila hagaron og inom?”
Krissy:
“G! Kailangan nato pa-bonggahon ning gabii, ilaha nalang ang pag-ask.”
(Ken, who’s always up for some fun, decides to approach the guys at the next table.)
Ken:
“Hi mga ferson! Kami diri nag-inom pud, pero feel nako mas lingaw kung magkuyog ta. Puwede
ba mag-mix ta?”
Paul: (A bit confused but eager for more drinks)
“Pwede kaayo! Pero sorry kaayo, wala nami kwarta diri, basin dili kaayo mi makadugang.”
Ken:
“Keri lang na ferson! Bongga ni, apil mi sa inyo, kay dili mi mu-push away sa tagay!”
(The guys laugh, grateful for the company, and they all start drinking together, adding a new
level of fun to the night.)
Scene 3: The party winds down. (As the drinks flow, the girls start to call it a night one by one.
Mhea is the first to leave, followed by Cressela.)
Mhea:
“Mga bes, mag-gora na ko ha, kay duty pa ko ugma. See you!”
(The others wave goodbye as she exits.)
Cressela:
“Same here, mga ferson. Haggard na si lola, need to beauty rest.”
(One by one, the girls leave. Eventually, Krissy also decide to call it a night, and they say their
goodbyes to the guys.)
Krissy:
“Mga bes, Mu uli na me. Daghan na kayong drinks, mas ma-cherish na namo ang rest kay need
mi magpahinga.”
Ken:
“So jestoni pwede ba ko matulog sa inyo!”
Jestoni:
“ouh cge pwede, shutaks kaihion ko!” (the jestoni quickly stands wobbling)
Ken:
“Huy hubog naka kaayo agakon tika langga!”
Paul:
“Gitutom naman ang ferson”
Gibb:
“Unsa imo ganahang lafangon Jabee, mcdo, or akesh?”
Paul:
“Aw cge mag lafangay nalang ta!”
Gibb:
“Aw kana gorabels, ay kaloka”
(As they slowly go home only alfonz remain. But soon enough, Jestoni and Paul also stumble out
of the bar, leaving only Paul behind.)
ALFONZ:
(Slurring, barely able to stand)
“Bai...asa na sila? Ako nalang...nahibilin mga shuta mani sila?!”
(The scene ends with Paul standing alone, trying to figure out where his friends have gone.)
