Chapter 4
Intention
Setting
Gayathri Shivaram
Wherever you are right now, just sit very, very
comfortably in the chair, or the sofa and do this with
me.
Sit down and relax..
Inhale through your nose..
Exhale through your mouth..
Inhale through your nose..
Exhale through your mouth..
Excellent!
Now relax your body..
Relax your entire body..
Unclench your jaw..
Drop your shoulders..
Relax your throat, your chest..
Yes, Thank you!
1
Now slowly visualize a white, bright, healing light that
is entering you through your head slowly going down
and filling you up with love and abundance.
Let the light slowly start going down.
Now, I want you to think about the most ideal life that
you can live?
What is the ideal life that you're living right now?
How fit are you? How healthy are you?
How are your relationships?
How do you feel about your relationships?
How are your finances? How much money are you
making? How much money do you have in your
investment?
Think about your career. Are you on a job? Are you
running your own company? How persistent you are,
how consistent are you? Think about all of that.
And finally, think about the connection that you have
with the divine. Any higher power that you have
whatever you want to name it.
Now, slowly, take a deep breath.
2
I'm going to give you exactly 5 minutes.
I want you to write down the top 3 goals that you have
with your health, wealth, relationship, career, and your
spiritual goals.
Make sure to write it down in a sentence, and always
write it down in present tense. No future tense, no
single word.
For example: If you are an atheist, spirituality has got
nothing to do with God. You can start believing in the
Higher Power that is there. You can start believing in
your own higher self. So spiritual goals could be
something around the lines of the kind of places that
you want to visit before 2024, the spiritual places, the
kind of practices that you want to do, and what is the
divine connection that you want to have on an every
single day basis.
Your health goal could be with respect to your fitness
with respect to your mental health. With respect to
how you look. Your wealth goals could be with respect
to the money that you are making. What investments
do you have? What kind of a house did you want?
Your relationship goals can be around whether or not
3
you want to get married, if you want to have children,
what is the dynamic you have with your partner, all of
that.
So write down goals, each in every single aspect of your
life and keep them with you.
